Great question! A proprietary system refers to a company being able to ‘lock’ you into a service agreement on their terms (with their device), using their systems, and they can therefore determine the rates. This doesn’t offer much flexibility on the consumer side. By contrast, we love non-proprietary systems (“open source”, but created and serviced by authorized distributors) because we feel they offer you more options, and the added bonus of not being stuck with one service provider forever. Three cheers for freedom!
Since each job is unique and requires different lengths of time to complete, we will only be able to provide a quote after we have visited a site and identified areas of concern. It is at this point when we will be able to follow up with our solution and a quote.
